The Biodiversity Group is proud to provide fiscal sponsorship to a network of conservationists working across the globe, at a 5% affiliation fee, one of the lowest in the field. Most fiscal sponsors charge around double that. Keeping our fee low means more of every donation reaches the field, and it lets us share tools, expertise, and resources our partners could not otherwise afford on their own. A true win-win!

Donations are made to The Biodiversity Group in support of Biotrópicos A.C.’s conservation programs and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. The Biodiversity Group retains discretion and control over all contributions.
Biotrópicos A.C. is a Mexican nonprofit that protects the coastal tropical dry forest near Zihuatanejo, Guerrero, through its project El Refugio de Potosí. It rescues and rehabilitates wild animals, breeds military macaws and trains them for free flight, trains local bird guides, hosts student research, and runs a natural history museum and science center where visitors learn how the dry forest works.
