Give to Manuae Enua Conservation Trust

The Biodiversity Group is proud to provide fiscal sponsorship to a network of conservationists working across the globe, at a published fee of 5% of the first $100,000 each year and 3% above that. Keeping our fee low means more of every donation reaches the field, and it lets us share tools, expertise, and resources our partners could not otherwise afford on their own. A true win-win!

Manuae Enua Conservation Trust is fiscally sponsored by The Biodiversity Group, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 20-3091062). Donations are made to The Biodiversity Group in support of Manuae Enua Conservation Trust’s conservation programs and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. The Biodiversity Group retains discretion and control over all contributions.

The Manuae Enua Conservation Trust (MECT) protects Manuae, an uninhabited atoll about 100 km southeast of Aitutaki in the Cook Islands, with more than 500 hectares of land and a lagoon of about 1,500 hectares. Created in 2022 by Proprietors of Manuae Incorporated, it works to stop the poaching of giant clams and coconut crabs, set aside no-take zones in the lagoon, station resident rangers, control invasive rats and weeds, and protect the atoll’s cultural sites.
