Brian has a long history with The Biodiversity Group. In addition to participating in field studies, he has coordinated and facilitated expeditions to study sites in Ecuador. He has also helped develop relationships between schools in Ecuador and the US to promote the awareness of biodiversity in our own backyards. With a strong background in ecological conservation, an MS in Ecological Teaching and Learning and more than 20 years as a science educator, he is committed to helping people connect with and advocate for the environmental causes that they care about. Brian is also an avid musician and wrote the first Biodiversity Group theme song “I See Lots of Creatures (The TBG Song). Check it out!”
